Youth Music Fundraiser : Give A Gig Week – Review

Last week Small Green Shoots had the chance to check out “Youth Music Fundraiser: Give A Gig Week” featuring three amazing new artists. A casual, acoustic unplugged atmosphere with people sitting on chairs or on the floor with their BYOB gave us a level of calm, comfortability which was a nice change to the usual gigs we attend!

George Wilding hailing from Wiltshire led with great guitar & songwriting ability, weaving a poetic story of youth with an indie, acoustic charm

Soul/R&B/Alternative Singer Songwriter “Jesse Gamage” fed us rich soulful vocals as he performed a mix of original music conveying his perspective on the world and current affairs while he effortlessly interacted with the audience. Skillful covers of “Cry Me A River” & “Sex and Candy” had the audience singing along.
