The great and the good of the music industry were honoured at the annual industry knees up – we mean The Music Week Awards 2018 yesterday.
The ceremony returned to the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and was sold-out. Choc-full of music executives and global superstar Dua Lipa.
The night was full of memorable moments – emotional tributes were paid to George Michael and Avicii.
Industry executives gathered to discover who had triumphed across 24 categories ranging from record companies, publishers and PR to law firms, retailers and festivals.
Sony/ATV Music Publishing was named Publisher Of The Year. The prestigious Record Company Of The Year Award went to Atlantic Records while Glastonbury Festival retained its Festival Of The Year title.
