Enny dropped her third single ‘Peng Black Girls’ alongside Amia Brave in October. The funk beat is accompanied by a grime/rap flow which embraces UK culture as Enny proudly delivers her bars filled with UK slang e.g. ‘peng’. The chorus is really catchy but my favourite part would probably be how Enny’s rapping compliments the upbeat instrumental.
Despite the title of the song giving the impression that it’s only going to be about black females, she covers multiple topics of black culture which all genders would relate to.
Overall, the song is very uplifting as we hear Enny accepting herself as who she is and it is clear she has a bright future ahead of her.
